세부시 탈람반에서 체포된 심수룡(38세)은 지난해 11월 26일 창원지방법원에서 공범과 공모하여 피해자의 뒤통수와 신체 일부를 도끼로 공격한 후 강도 행각을 벌인 혐의로 기소되었습니다.

용의자들은 피해자가 덕트 테이프로 제지당하는 동안 피해자를 협박하고 은행 계좌로 2,500만 원을 이체하도록 강요한 혐의를 받고 있습니다.

또한 인터넷에서 불법 도박 사이트를 개설한 혐의로 수배 중인 빠라냐크 시티의 김광현(40세)은 산토스 애비뉴에서 체포되었습니다.

2016년 3월 18일, 광주지방법원은 김광현의 체포 영장을 발부하여 대한민국 국민체육진흥법 위반 혐의로 기소했습니다.

김광현은 2015년부터 여러 온라인 도박 사이트를 운영한 혐의로 기소되었으며, 이를 통해 온라인으로만 스포츠 베팅 티켓으로 160억 원 이상을 벌어들인 것으로 알려졌습니다.

조사 결과 두 한국인 모두 이미 초과 체류 중인 것으로 밝혀졌습니다. 심수룡의 마지막 입국은 2019년 2월 3일, 김광현은 2018년 1월 28일에 도착했습니다.

이 범죄자들은 블랙리스트에 올라 필리핀 재입국이 금지됩니다.

BI NABS 2 SOKOR FUGITIVES IN CEBU, PARAÑAQUE

The Bureau of Immigration reported the arrest of two more South Korean fugitives wanted by authorities in Seoul and the Interpol for robbery and illegal gambling.

In a statement, Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado said the two aliens were arrested last March 3 in separate operations conducted by operatives from the BI’s fugitive search unit (FSU) in the cities of Cebu and Parañaque.

Viado said both Koreans, who are subjects of red notices from the Interpol, were arrested at the request of the South Korean government which sought the BI’s assistance in locating and deporting the fugitives.

“They will then be blacklisted and banned from re-entering the country,” Viado stated.

Arrested in Bgy. Talamban, Cebu City was 38-year-old Sim Sooryong, who is subject of an arrest issued by the Changwon district court on Nov. 26 last year when he was indicted for conspiring with an accomplice in robbing a victim after attacking the latter with axe on the back of the head and other parts of his body.

The suspects allegedly threatened and forced their victim to transfer 25 million won into their bank account while the latter was restrained with duct tapes.

Also arrested along Dr. A. Santos Avenue, San Dionisio, Parañaque City 40-year-old Kim Kwanghyun, who is wanted for
setting up illegal gambling sites in the Internet.

A warrant for his arrest was issued on March 18, 2016 by the Gwangju district He court where he was charged for violating Korea’s national sports promotion act.

He was accused of operating several online gambling sites since 2015 through which he reportedly amassed over 16 billion won from sports betting tickets sole online.

Investigation revealed that both Koreans are already overstaying. Sim’s last arrival here was on Feb. 3, 2019 while Kim arrived on Jan. 28, 2018.

They were committed to the BI warden facility in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City where they will remain until they are deported.
